Inflatable Carlos the Frog, Ride 'N' Bounce on Spaceballs Activity Active Hopper Toy for Toddlers

Carlos "costume" was much shorter than it appears in the picture. It slides off the ball since it ends about the fullest part of the ball. Also, the placement of the horns is too far down the back of the ball, not leaving room for the toddler to actually "sit down" on the ball. Decreasing the level of inflation didn't help because the costume fell right off.The ball used alone was fun and clever.

Received the frog cover but the ball and pump were not included. The quality of the cover is cheap. It's hard to know whether the ball will burst or the cover will rip first. Returned for a refund.

This inflatable ride and bounce on toy is easy to assemble and your kids will love it!1. Why did we choose this toy? The fabric cover makes it easy to clean, soft to ride and bounce on, and covers the inflatable ball to prevent fading in the sun. We also loved that the characters were gender neutral and adorable! The handles are easy accessible and provide stability for younger children who need it. And, it's just adorable to look at!2. What do our kids think? Our 14.5 month old and 3 year old both love playing with it for different reasons. The 14.5 month old likes the look of it and pushing it around and over. She most likely things it's another one of her stuffed animals because she tries to cuddle it! Our almost 3 year old boy is big enough to bounce around on it and even sits on it while watching a cartoon in the afternoon. We think they love it!3. Product Value: It is more expensive than other inflatable ride on toys, but the difference is longevity. This toy can be used with the cover while they're younger and without once they outgrow it. Because of its size, it also has a longer life span than Rody or the Trumpette Howdy ride on cow. While those are both cute ride on toys, spending the extra $15 on this toy is worth the investment!4. What would I improve? I would have loved for the slip cover to be made of a different material, maybe a more elastic one. I'd also like to see more slip cover designs. Let's say we decide in a few months that we don't like frogs anymore and we'd like to switch to a pig or dog or dinosaur. Having the option to do that would be great! Hopefully we'll see some new animals from Brown Owl Creations soon.5. Overall Opinion and Rating: This is a great gift idea for Christmas gift or a 2-year old birthday gift. It's easy to assemble and can be cleaned, so parents will appreciate that. I can see my kids playing with this toy for the next few years. I gave this a four star rating because I'd like to see a slightly different fabric on the slip cover and more options available. Overall, it's a great choice and you can't go wrong!

I have two young sons, 21 months and 4 years old. Both are crazy about the Hopper! My youngest was a bit nervous about it at first and needed some help, but he now loves hopping just like his older brother. The hopper was super easy to inflate and the fabric cover is easy to clean! As soon as I opened up the package my boys were full of giggles and couldn't wait for me to get it all set up for them. I love that the hopper is geared to both my boys despite the age gap. We've enjoyed ours both indoor and outdoors. Overall, we really love our hopper. It's been hours of fun for both boys. The only recommendation I would have for it is to reinforce the sewing in the cover a bit more, but over all it's held up to my busy boys. Would also make a great gift!

My little guy is really enjoying his Carlos the Frog hopper! He just turned two and although he's pretty tall, I wasn't sure he'd be able to reach the ground while seated on the hopper so we didn't inflate it quite all the way and it's worked perfectly. I love the fact that the cover is so soft and washable (necessary with messy toddlers!). I also love the cute and whimsical designs they offer. Although I was sent a hopper at no cost to facilitate a review, I'd definitely buy one of these for family and friends. The quality is great and I think it will last for years.

The ball is fun for toddlers, but the plastic has such a strong smell and the frog covering doesn't do much to disguise the smell. The frog covering also fits poorly, even after adjusting inflation. There was supposed to be a pump included? Not with ours.
