Glass Splashbacks Anthracite Grey - Made by Premier Range in 70cm Wide x 100cm High

The overall product was great - exactly as described.I did contact the sellers online chat - twice! Entirely my own fault I had the wrong measurements for the backsplash required - I was out 1cm on the height and width.My first chat was to ask if it was advisable to try and either cut or sand the glass down, which they said no which was fair enough. The second chat was to ask if I could return the purchased backsplash and order a new one at the correct size, said I understood that there would be a cost attached which I was happy to pay, but the response was to use the online tool RMA Form and ask the same question. As yet the seller has failed to respond. Disappointing I'm afraid.
