To start off, I must say, this isn’t supposed to immobilize the shoulder. If that’s what you’re looking for, then you’ll need an Ortho and an actual need or shoulder surgery for that. However, if you’re looking for something to provide support and comfort for the shoulder, this does the job. In fact, this is what I was recommended at my ortho’s office to use before surgery, as well as after, once I am out of the immobilizer; the staff that specifically orders, fits, and sells braces recommended one of these off Amazon, so I highly doubt you'll find anything better. It provides phenomenal support. I say this as someone who had multiple injuries to the shoulder at once, one in which was a major tear of the anterior part of the capsule; my arm was no longer fully connected to my body, but just sort of hanging out, so it was severe and I had zero support/function of my shoulder/arm. This brace is the only thing that allowed me to function until I could get surgery. I am just now out of the immobilizer of six weeks, and use this at night, with my Ortho’s approval, to keep my still-healing shoulder stabilized so I will not hurt it in my sleep; it’s a true shoulder saver! This will continue to get months of use for the next six months until I have full stability and use of my shoulder again. I highly recommend it for anyone that truly needs it for the support it was designed to give, and not anything else. If I had to give a con to this, it’s that’s I am super thin and a female, so it’s large on my shoulder and rubs on my neck significantly, but overtime, it folded in on itself and stays that way, so it is now off my neck and comfortable. It also requires frequent adjusting if you move around a lot, but no biggie. (For women wondering, I had no problem wearing this. It goes across the chest, just above the breasts. Yes, it would be incredible to wear this as a guy, being much more comfortable and easier to wear, but it’s fine, and you adapt quickly) It kept my unattached shoulder in place, and continues to be a major tool in my recovery and shoulder health, so I cannot recommend this enough to those looking to use it for its true intent, especially with doctors guidance, and not some magical, fix-all brace for a self-diagnosed injury.

This would probably be a good shoulder brace if I could get it to fit. The description says it will fit a medium size woman. I am 5'5" and 155 pound and this brace is too large for me. In the picture on the man the name is on the front of his chest, on me the name is in the middle of my back and the shoulder cup is still too large. I will keep working with it, but I wish there was one made for women.

Accurate description. Fast shipping. Well-made. Rather difficult to adjust by oneself. Does a relatively good job but not as effective as expected. Cuts slightly into a axilla. Not instructions included.

This product is easy to use. It keeps my injured shoulder warm and provides just the right amount of compression without incapacitating my arm. For those who have complained about how it "doesn't fit" or "doesn't do what it claims"...people listen...first and foremost, learn to read a description. Second, no medical device is a cure all. This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. It stabilizes your shoulder in its ANATOMICALLY CORRECT POSITION, WHERE YOUR SHOULDER IS SUPPOSED TO BE DURING HEALING. Buy it! Well worth it!

This is supposed to give you support for your shoulder it does not no support too big in the top of the shoulder no padding to protect your shoulder at night so you can sleep it does not work it is a waste of money. Do not buy

I actually got the product today and get to try it out. The material itself is pretty good and soft. I didn't feel any irritation when I wear it. The inner part of the brace where it touches my skin is softer than I expected it to be. Also I can tell that it is super high quality just by looking at the seam lines. Also the strap clip are strong enough to endure my shoulder movements while I wear it. I don't think I can wear it under tight blouses or types of cloth that are seethrough but wearable under hoodies or sweatshirts type of cloths. I like it!

Usually, I am skeptical of products / braces that will cure you in the long term. I usually recognize them as temporary pain relievers. In other words, I rely more on medical than fixture through products. However, I said to myself, "why not, let's try it out". I did.. and it is actually effective. I've than regularly putting the braces on about 10-12 hours a day. And they seem to slowly improve and fix my shoulder and arm.

I ordered this to help with frequent subluxations before a labrum repair surgery. I was thrilled when it arrived, but the velcro strap does not allow it to fit around my arm, towards my elbow. For reference, I'm 5'1", 240#. If it came with an extender, I'd probably be able to wear it. The main part that goes around the torso fit fine with lots of slack that had to be tightened down, so sizing wasn't a problem there, only around the arm.
