Always well sealed and good quality

My favorite brand. Cookbook author Paula Wolfert gave me a sack of this atta several years ago and I have been buying it ever since. I have been cooking Indian food for over 25 years and this is the best atta I've worked with.

The quality of the flour is really good but I am giving 4 stars because it is too expensive. I have purchased other brands of flour in stores at 50% less.

Makes very soft rotis. Will order again

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this super super fine powder that doesn’t even come close to chakki atta. First time I bought it, wasn’t so bad but the second time was just terrible. Rotis were like cardboard and no amount of ghee or oil could make the parathas edible.Using Royal Chakki atta now and so far so good.

Did not come on time, and it is very expensive.

Fresh, fluffy, good value. Makes good Chapati and etc. Bread has flavor and texture which seem right.
