I will admit that my original reason for buying these was because I have a bean-to-cup coffee machine that does all the frothing of things like Cappuccinos in the glass, and so you can watch it all happening. However, they are really comfortable to hold and keep the drink warm much better than a conventional mug, so I now just love them full stop!This is the second pair that I have bought, the first were accidentally broken but lasted several years and always looked good, so the very thin nature of the glass walls hasn't been a problem for me.

This item is big enough for me to make flower tea, it replaced my previous cup which has small capacity, I am tired to refill frequently. It can be washed by wash machine, what’s a big bonus though

I bought these when my husband complained that he was forgetting to drink his tea because he spends most of his time lying down and he couldn't see that he'd got tea in his mug. They obviously solve that problem. But there's other plusses. They're nice and big, so he's drinking a bit more liquid. His tea doesn't go cold so quickly. He finds the handle easy to hold - a lot are too small for large stiff hands, and the outside never gets hot. They don't stain too badly either. I read all the reviews and have treated them carefully. They don't go in the dishwasher for fear of melting the plastic plug on the bottom and I take care not to knock them. For me, they're very useful.

It’s clear glass ensures that the contents are always seen whilst the outside is cool whether it has ice cream in it or hot chocolate. Perfect for all seasons and one that I go for more commonly than others

These mugs are lovely, but thought they would be bigger? The handle is quite small so bigger hands would struggle to get their fingers in!
