I had to order this twice because the first package I received was a totally empty envelope with absolutely nothing in it!I am glad I decided to give it a second chance. Instructions provided do say for professional use only and I am not a professional. So if applied by a professional results would probably be better or even if you have a fried helping would be much easier. Pictures are after clarifying shampoo provided, after application blow dry and flat iron and 3rd day after wash and air dry. Did this treatment mostly because my hair was fried after bleaching/bolayage and very dry, frizzy and tangly. My hair got its life back after this treatment, definitely much less frizzy and more manageable. Used about half the bottle, so will repeat when necessary. Blow drying process was irritating my eyes and nose as I did it all myself, set up a fan and opened a window to ventilate better, overall better than expected

The smell, for one is the worst thing I’ve ever smelt. It had me tearing up, my eyes were bloodshot and I couldn’t stop gagging. Your throat and nose and face will go through hell just to put it on your hair. Once dried the smell follows you everywhere. I had to go to the ER for poisoning. Do not purchase this. I am getting my money back. This is not a good product at all.It destroyed my hair for two, please save your time and don’t purchase.

I don’t usually write reviews, and honestly I was not expecting much from using this product. But I followed the directions (although I did wash my hair after only two days), and my hair has never felt or looked this amazing. I have naturally thick, curly/kinky/wavy hair that is so hard to manage on a daily basis that I almost always wear my hair up. Now I just have to wait and see if it lasts as long as it says it does. The before and after pictures really show you the difference.

so, here is my opinion. I'm a person who had used keratin for years, I got trapped in the US and couldn't go back to my birth country because of the COVID-19 (airports are closed). This month I was supposed to make my keratin again but this whole thing happened and I decided to buy one and do it myself. In my country you wouldn't spend more than $50 for this, so obviously I do this there and not in a US hair saloon. Can't really tell if it would work for a person who try this for the first time, because my hair is already kinda straightened. Definitely you need someone's help, doing this alone is exhausting and you would not reach all the parts at 100% with the flat iron.I waited 4 days to wash my hair as described in the instructions. My keratin maintenance routine is washing my hair no more than 2x a week, I use Puracy shampoo (no SLS and stuff), then I apply a hydrating conditioning (Mielle Organics Mongongo Oil Hydrating Conditioner) which is REALLY GOOD, then I wash my hair to get rid of approximately 70% of the product and finally blow dry. This routine has been amazing for maintaining my keratin for months. This Keratin product itself is good, you need to use gloves, otherwise your hands would get SUPER DRY for days! It has a slightly strong smell that would make you tear a bit, but that's keratin man, deal with it. I would recommend this product, my hair is super straight again :)!!

Works great for my damaged bleached hair but Anyone who will be using this, please wear a mask and gloves and make sure you do this in a well ventilated room! I’ve used other brands but this is by far the strongest of all. I wore a mask and my throat, nose & eyes were still burning, I had to go outside a few times during just to get fresh air.... I did not have gloves and my hands are so dry from it. The seller should supply these items and also stress these instructions more! The product itself works wonders and my hair wasn’t an icky feeling afterwards like some others make it feel until wash. Takes time but worth it to repair your hair, just make sure you follow instructions and take all necessary precautions!

I have applied this carefully twice over the span of maybe 10 days... both times letting it sit for 48-72 hours before washing. It keeps the hair straight and soft while it's on your hair but it washes out. The hair is soft and tame for a few days after washing it out. But it's not like a keratin treatment you will get at a salon... those chemicals must actually, literally be available to licensed professionals only because when I got one of those my hair wash super straight for weeks after the treatment... to the point that my curly roots were coming out but was had been treated was still straight. This product does not do that. I feel silly for thinking it would? But then again, I have learned how to do a lot of things myself that I used to pay people to do, so it was worth a shot.

I bought this product in hope to make my hair smooth & straight. I decided to purchase since it has high rating in reviews. I followed all the instructions but did not feel any difference. After washing my hair was the same as before. It didn't work for me , just a waste of time & money. I don't recommend this product to anybody and not going to use it again.

I'm glad I took a chance on this - I've had a Brazilian blow out and a keratin treatment in the past and paid a ton for them at a salon. This treatment worked just as well if not better! You have to dedicate the time, see if you can get a friend to help you because it's hard to get the back of the head and straighten it. I have naturally curly, kinky hair...probably 3C curls but lots of frizz and I was getting really fed up with how much it was acting up.I washed my hair with the shampoo 3 times and got my hair mostly dryMy friend helped apply the treatment with a brush, try and use gloves if you have themI blow dried my hair and yes, my eyes burned and the smell made me nauseous so take breaks and open a window, have a fan on, etc.It took about 30 minutes to straighten my hairI waited 3 full days to wash, and voila! I was able to let my hair dry and you can see it in the picture! Some weird waves here and there, but holy moly what a difference.
