did not feel like metal, felt more like heavy plastic. I returned them.

I bought this after breaking a handle on an old dresser. I was so surprised it was a perfect match.

We used this to replace missing handles on a restored bedroom set. It was identical to the originals.

Who can I speak to regarding this product, I purchased several. My 91 year old mother did not open them until recently and has told me they do not fit, the dimensions are incorrect. I know the return window is closed, but I just need to do an exchange for her. Please help!
