Product came spilled out in bag because the lid was not screwed on. Paid $20 for half a bottle*UPDATE*So along with purchasing the dilution cream (which I didn’t even use because it was a mess, half gone and smelled horrible) I also bought the loyal brown color.Keep in mind my dog was white before this so there’s no excuse to this pigmentation, or pigmentations I should say because he’s multiple shades. He’s orange and purple with a *hint* of brown in there somewhere. He looks horrendous. I don’t know what world this company lives in, but it’s obviously not one where their definition of brown matches the color example. We’re going to have to shave him completely. The only thing this company has going for them is that the stuff will not come out or fade no matter how much you try or wash. This was the most horrible experience and waste of money ever.
