Bulova Men's 98E003 Marine Star Diamond Accented Watch

Got this for my b/f.this watch is gorgeous. I love the black mother of pearl backdrop. When you hit that perfect light it really shines. I love that it's flashy and fancy but has a lot of class to it! It's got a good weight,and the face isn't enormous. It's perfectly balanced and i love the day and date on it.The diamond are very small, but perfect because they are in the right proportion. It's a very balanced look. The other features of the watch are just as beautiful. the diamonds sparkle, the mother of pearl shines, the silver colored hands flash and the black metal band with the 2 stripes are stunning.The band was far too big for my b/f's wrist, so the jeweler will have to take out some of the links. Be aware of that, know a respectable jeweler in your area just in case of this.The price is amazing too. I saw this watch for more than twice the price on other sites.The company is a well respected watch company too, which means not only is it a fancy accessory but it's also a reliable well crafted time piece.Very happy.

Wanted 4.5 stars.This watch is a bit thinner & smaller than other Bulova's I have. I couldn't really tell from the product description, but I'm not bugged about it. The chronograph function is fairly easy... first pop out, turn it for the date. The 2nd pop out is for time, that ends up setting the day & the 24 hour clock. You'll understand if you haven't set this type before once you play with it for 30 seconds.the style is comfortable & this watch is the favorite of my young kids of the 3 Bulovas I own. Seems to be a great evening watch... makes you want to wear clothing that is refined.the bad: the diamonds are super super tiny... they have these "diamond decoys" between the diamonds... polished dots that stick up between the diamonds. The shine of this stainless dot is more bold than the diamond!!! kinda takes away the 'wow' factor of having real diamonds... a close look says... 'oh... not so many diamonds.' I'd have paid more than double if I could get larger/more real diamonds.watch band is the push pin type. follow the arrows on the underside of band to push pins out.

Beautiful watch, but I had some trouble setting the date - it didn't SEEM to work like the directions said, but turns out it was just a tiny bit finicky and had to be finagled a little to set it, but eventually I figured it out and it's GREAT!

Aesthetics: This watch is even more stunning in person that it appears in the photo, the black mother of pearl is so unique and gorgeous. Quality: My boyfriend is a student, this watch takes no abuse, he only wears it when we go out for dinner or special occasions, it has been well cared for, yet after only 6 months of owning it the glass has cracked on the display : / It was never hit or damaged, so I don't know if it was from temperature fluctuations or what happened to it?? (we live in Ohio... in the winter it can be below zero outside and then come inside to our 70+ degree home) I'm not sure, but that's my best guess.. For such an expensive watch you'd think it would have better glass. It's unwearable like this. And the "warranty" card we got with it said it had be activated within 5 days of receiving the watch, well this was a Christmas present bought ahead of time, I had it wrapped and it wasn't opened until about a month later on Christmas day... so needless to say we were past the 5 day window... Beware of so called "Warranty".

This is a great watch. Hands down worth every penny. I kept my eyes on this watch for 2 years waiting for a solid deal, and Amazon came through! This watch keeps time very well and looks stunning doing it. Oozes quality. Comes with a Diamond Certificate card, yes they are real diamonds. Fits my lifestyle and work attire. I wear this as my everyday watch and get compliments just about every time I pull up my sleeves or adjust my suit. This is not an ultra flashy watch, however people are just drawn to it; strangers will even say "Nice watch". The diamonds are not huge but when the light hits them just, right they really throw out the prisms. The gloss black goes with just about anything. This watch is slightly heavier than other watches of its size but has the feel of being well made. The "hidden" clasp has a solid snap and doesn't feel loose. I recommend it highly. You will be pleased with this purchase for sure.

Back of the watch was so smashed that you can't take the cover off. Dead now and had problems keeping the date.

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas! It is a beautiful watch! I got it on time and came very well packaged and cared for. In perfect condition!!! Also came with factory warranty, serial #, etc.I spent $370.00 and it was well worth it. The watch just out does itself in person! The diamonds just sparkle and the pearl inside is beautiful in color. I loved it at first sight! My husband was so excited when he opened it, he even cried!!! and him crying was a shocker cuz hes one of those Mexican, Ima macho man who NEVER shows emotion type of guys! His friends and family compliment the watch all the time, and he wears it soooo proud! Best part is he thinks I spent double the price for it lol he thinks I bought it at a jewelry store. Amazon is the BEST! Thank you for helping me make Christmas special for the man I love :)denise~

The face of the watch was too small. The design was perfect but because the face was too small I had to send it back.

I ordered my FIRST watch, and it came super quick. Within 2 business days. Opened it up.......and, it had a big chip on the face plate. Sent it back, no hassles, reviewed another item within 7 days. Opened that one up......and, it had a broken/moving part on the inside of the glass face. Sent both back for full money return. Found the same watch on eBay, brand new, for $100 cheaper, arrived within a week, opened the box....and, it was perfect! So that's what happened.... You asked. I do however appreciate Amazons professionalism and making the return process very easy.-Matt McKenzie
