Great value and helpful customer service

Great tension projector screen for the price. Unnoticeable wrinkles. Arrived with cosmetic damage. Negotiated and received a $30 refund to cover the cost of purchasing matte black spray paint. I'm no professional, but I think it did the trick. Overall, happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.
