Love these unique shoes-exactly what I wanted. More impressed with the stellar customer service: prompt responses and great consideration for circumstances. Would definitely recommend for those wanting special shoes from such an awesome company.

I received these shoes and was excited to receive them. They were packaged well and fit perfectly. However the opening that sits above my toes was not consistent on both shoes. The left shoe is not a U shape but is more like an angled J shape. Apparently something went wrong when they cut the pattern to make this shoe. Also the front top part of the shoe does not sit on my foot, its high enough to put my finger in the shoe! (See pictures) If they were handmade, someone made a mistake. I contacted the company and have not heard from them now I'm stuck with a $40 pair of shoes that just look ridiculous! This may not happen when you order, but just know that you're taking a chance.Update: great customer service! they sent me a second pair, however they were tighter than the first pair, I'm giving them 4 starts for the effort but maybe larger sizes (11) isn't their expertise. The top front of the shoe does not sit on my skin, it sits too high, I can put a finger in the space. Maybe when I break them in they will settle, but I'm definitely not 100% satisfied.

These gorgeous Cymn Pointed heels from Mavirs exceeded my expectations. The heels are so sleek and elegant and the red to black ombre is so unique and adds a fun touch to any outfit especially if you want to incorporate color to a monochrome look. The patent heel comes well packaged with each heel in it's own dust bag. The shipper is able to customize the soles to be any color. As a preference, I choose to stick with the nude sole -- but to have the option is very cool. The shoe also shipped so quickly and the seller was courteous and extremely helpful. The shoe also goes for $38.99 which is amazing for the quality. Not only are they comfortable - but they are absolutely gorgeous. I was very pleased because the item pictured is what I received. The shoe runs a tad bit small so if you plan to order, go up one size. Over all I give Mavirs shoes a perfect 10 out of 10 when it comes to quality, style and customer service. I definitely recommend and am already looking forward to my next pair! People cannot stop complimenting me.---Update: Since my initial review, I've purchased 2 more Mavir Heels!! They are my absolute favorite and the fit and quality cannot be compaired. I purchased the nude gradient heels and they are so well made and stunning. Cute shoes. Though they don't look exactly like the photo, I got the nude to black gradient and the nude is not as light as it is on the picture, it's more dark tan. The soles are red as well. They're almostImpossible to walk in, but I got them for short term wear so they work for me.

 My first impression when I opened the box holding the heels was 'These look like LOUBOUTIN SHOES!!!'Maybe it's because the underside of the heels are red, but I was instantly in love.I absolutely adore and love the fact that these are handmade, and if you have feet that are difficult to buy heels for off the rack, these can be custom made. You can give them your foot measurements and you will have your very own custom made shoes. And!!! They won't charge you a crazy amount to get that done since they are all hand made anyway!!! The last time that I thought about getting a pair of custom made shoes, I had sent him all of my foot dimensions and links and width, and they were trying to charge me $275. I thought that was a bit much, especially considering that they weren't any type of name brand. So this price is AWESOME!!!They are BEAUTIFUL and comfortable. They are very well-made, you can't see any of the glue that used around the shoes were any imperfections at all. The stitching around the time that holds the patent leather on to the material on the inside is perfect, and I have no idea where they found the perfect match to make the stitching blend into the black patent leather like they did, but it's also pretty epic.They sent two patches that you can put onto the shoes so that you don't get blisters on the back of your feet if you were prone to getting those, and I thought that was a really nice gift. There is absolutely nothing that I dislike or hate about the shoes, and I would do 1,000,000% absolutely recommend them!Promotional or discounted product provided to review.
