A must if you own a roasting plank
Since I recently go hooked on plank cooking I added a lot of plank cookbooks to my collection. Even though there are a lot of recipes on line I like the cookbook. This one I use often. Tasty stuff.

Great sounding recipes
I haven't made anything from the book yet, but there are a lot of great sounding recipes. I have a Cedar Plank, now I want to buy an Alder one, as well. While most of the recipes either don't specify, or call for the cedar, several of the recipes do suggest using an Alder plank.
