I thought because of the lemon balm and bacopa this would make me tired. It didn't, it gives you energy and stress relief; took a week to notice, but it works. Perfect lunch time addition.

Started on work juice at the same time as study juice. Usually take a couple capsules early morning or before noon. Keeps me going for the day and keeps my head focused. I have high anxiety and this is the first product that actually works. I noticed my anxiety going away within a short period of time after taking for the first time. I ordered the blue and the orange bottle. I can feel the difference with the blue bottle. If my sleep is broken by a trip to the washroom, I am able to go back to sleep - normally I am unable to go back to sleep.

I noticed the list of ingredients ashwagandha, bacopa, rhodiola, ginseng, lemon balm, ginko biloba and others sounded like a unique blend especially the ashwagandha. I defiantly feel less stressed out and affected by stress and there is a noticeable difference in my overall anxiety and stress. I take 4-6 capsules at once and i really notice the effect and i really don't get as fatigued, shifts don't drag on and i feel overall more revitalized and attack the day.

I take this daily, it took about a week, but now I am definitely feeling the effects. I feel generally a bit calmer and I can deal with stress a lot more. Packaging was pretty cool too. Definitely a good product.
