Have found my bone density improving with use of this product vs plain calcium. Easy to swallow and no after taste. Appreciate the availability of needing only 1 tablet instead of 2 three times a day.

I like having to take only 3 daily. It doesn't nauseate me which many calcium pills do. I like the additional minerals in the product but I do have to spread out the capsules during the day as taking them all at once gives me diarrhea probably because of the magnesium. I have to take calcium because I take prolia and this is the least objectionable product and my doctor recommends it.

I love this product. Hopefully my next dexa scan will show an improvement.
