Love the product, the temperature control settings are good you can adjust according to your liking. Good for the pain, gets the work done.

Normal product not so reliable..

So this product is used for almost 3 months and it stopped working.Product Quality is okay as per the given price, however it could have been better.It has temperature levels to manage, so yeah it provides good heat.It's not comfortable at all, you can't sleep as the pad inside the cover is slightly hard, which gets more difficult to use to after few uses.I am not happy with the product because it stopped working after 3 months.

I got this for my father’s shoulder pain and it works well for him. Gives good pain relief, portable, comfortable to use and easy to apply on any joint. Temperature control system is not upto the mark.

The pad heats up pretty quick and does its job perfectly. The controller has 3 stages: 1,2 and 3, for a comfortable usage without inducing burns on the skin. It also comes with a cover that can be strapped around the spot where you are feeling pain. Good buy!
