Love the vest, just keep in mind that you will have to put iron or lead balls in it to reach 40lbs because sand will not cut it.

It seems comfortable and well made, however, it does not come with weights. The advertisement does not say that and it is priced competitively with some other sellers that seem to include weights and so that feels a little dishonest. Looking at some of the other answers, Seller seems to suggest using sand to fill the pockets for weight, but: (1) like most people, I don't just have a bunch of sand lying around to use and (2) this makes it difficult to tell how much weight I'm using for the vest.It's disappointing and frustrating because now I have to spend more money and wait additional days before I can use this.

I don’t necessarily think it’s worth $100 being that it doesn’t come with the weights but I threw some sand in the bags as they suggested and it’s a great vest! Overall I’m very pleased, the price is a bit steep but it’s a good product.

What I really like about this product is the hight quality of material. Doesn’t feel cheap and very durable. Another thin that I like is the adjustable straps so you can adjust it to you body type.What I don’t like personally about this product is that it’s a little too short. I also don’t like that it doesn’t come with the weights for the price one would pay.Overall it’s great though. If you have the cash to throw around and need a good training weight vest, this is the one. Just prepare to have some of your own weights.

I used this vest on my morning walk today and was happy with how comfortable it was. I filled up a few of the pockets with rice, and will continue to add more weight as I get used to wearing. I was worried it would be too big since it's for men and women, but is adjustable so got it to fit perfect.

Item Wasn’t even a vest like it describes and didn’t include the weights. So you just paying for a bag. First time disappointed with purchase. Worse purchase ever made
