Quality product that works as it should.
The packaging is simply brilliant.It's a solid box to start with, open that to find a fairly decent tool kit made from hard plastic and decent screw drivers.A step by step guide was included, but a but small for me to see properly, so I chose ifixit online. The guides are the same so use either (or both)The screen proper comes inside a foam layer with a tab cut for screen connections.This was my first 8 plus repair, last being a 6s some time ago, but with this kit it was so much easier.The only other thing I could imagine adding to such a comprehensive kit would be a magnetic mat to aid holding screws in groups. I used a fridge magnet mat from a photo holder instead.The job took about an hour in all.First turn on and everything worked perfectly.Took my time with the black sealant, removing the old and applying the new. Application being silly easy as it's prelaid on a sheet for you, heat frame for 2 seconds, press and peel, done.Check connections and all screws are back in, close, final 2 screws and turn on.All working a treat.This kit, and it's customer service follow up email make this a real 5 star product.Arrived early the next day (Prime though)Note for seller, the mats are pennies to purchase and a godsend to use.

Great Quality
I repair a lot of devices and use a lot of parts from different suppliers, This part in particular was great quality and most importantly it fitted snug as a bug :). Other screens I have had of Amazon come with that horrible square pattern on the screen when held in the reflection of light which clearly means a cheap screen lol These screen actually look and feel like the original, very good will be using again, thanks :)

Little below average
Screen was easy to fit however there is one small area brighter than the rest of the screen (around 5mm), its not very sensitive to touch but still reacts & unfortunately broke within 2 weeks; the screen would also become incredibly hot to touch. touch id still worked perfectly.Have replaced several screens and this is one of the poorer quality ones. However much better value alternative than a genuine apple screen if funds are tight.

Excellent replacement
It’s rare I leave a review, but with this I felt the need to. I smashed my iPhone 8 Plus screen, and knew I had to do something. Repair costs were too high, due to covid funds are sparse, so I gave this kit a chance. Best thing I did. It took me a good hour to fully replace the screen. Everything works as it should and honestly cannot tell it’s a different screen. Highly recommended.

3D Touch is not present
The screen quality is okay, but the significant issue is that 3D Touch doesn’t work (yes sometimes it’ll let you use 3D, but most of the time, it’ll just ignore your touch). Further, the screen isn’t very responsive, and the video quality is horrendous in low-lid/dark videos

Ordered from this company a couple of times now, they sell good quality screens that come securely packaged with tools and instructions.The only negative comment I can make is the plectrums aren’t very strong, if you are struggling I recommend using a blade, but be careful!
