This gel base, top, and matte top coat trio is awesome! Let me start by saying Im not a professional but I'm a nail enthusiast and I've been doing mine and my family's nails for years. This is a really good set. Don't let the price fool you! The best aspect of it is that the top coats are no wipe! I never had to grab lint free wipes! The regular top coat is nice and even though I have used other brands that have a better shine, for the price you cannot beat it! The base goes on nicely. Not too thin not to thick. It has a good consistency. It cures well too. Not like some other brands where no matter how long you cure it never dries. Its a solid base coat and works well.For anyone who had issues with this gel or any gel for that matter. 3 things to remember when working with gel: 1) cure it for the correct amount of time (usually 30-60 secs in LED or 2-3 mins in UV). 2) apply thin coats because if its too thick it will peel. 3) make sure you aren't getting it on your skin (the oils on the skin around the nail will cause the gel to lift). BONUS TIP: Prep your nails by gently filing and buffing the shine off your natural nail, remove cuticle from the nail, and make sure to apply a good dehydrator and bonder. All these things make make a difference trust me.Now I will update this review when I test the longevity of the set I did on my sister's nails. We'll see how the base and top hold up. But so far so good.

Best top curing gel coat I’ve ever used. Super shiny, thick yet allows for thin coats, love not having to wipe them, and definitely increases longevity of the manicure. I have used these with the same brand of polish, along with the prep and primer. Great brand and quality from my experience. (Biggest issue has been that the polish colors didn’t match the advertised photos.) I have observed that you get more wear with more coats of polish. I messed up on two nails and ended up adding 4-5 coats (changed colors) instead of my usual 2 coats and those nails have lasted 2 weeks, only one is even showing wear at this point. Top cost is still pretty lustrous and the base coast is clearly helping it stay adhered! I would advise you get a remover, because I do not have one and when I peel the polish off after it chips, it pulls up thin layers of my nail along with it. 🙈 I will be getting a proper remover!

This set is excellent, I really mean it. I've tried a wide variety of gel color brands and styles. No matter what polish I end up using, Modelones here has never failed me. The base isn't tacky, feels fairly smooth and polish just sticks to it. Once cured with one of the top coats, forget your mani chipping. I find myself going back to this 3-pack so often, I wonder if I'll ever find a brand to rival Modelones . This matte is the best I've tried yet; the look can be a little streaky if you don't watch how you apply your polish, but that's an easy remedy and merely an aside. Thickness is perfect. Coverage is perfect. Color looks great when used with this set. Just trust me when I say I've been around the gel polish world, and this set is up there with the best of them. I highly, highly doubt you won't love this set. Enjoy :)

So far, so good. I was skeptical with some of the poor reviews from people who have used it on natural nails. But, it’s been over 24 hours and my nails still look great! No chipping, no cracking, no peeling.I took the time to prep my nails and cuticles. I used the ModelOnes Base Coat, cured under a UV light for 120 secs. Rolled the ModelOnes Color bottle between my hands (as instructed), then applied 3 VERY THIN coats, curing for 120 secs between each coat, and capping the ends on the last coat. Then I finished with the ModelOnes Top Coat, capping the ends, and cured for 120 secs.I have not tried the Matte Top Coat yet.UPDATE: 4 days later, my manicure was holding up until I took a long bath. A few corners started to lift and my anxiety took over an I ended up peeling them all off. I redid them and am hoping they’ll last a longer this time. Still, 4 days is longer than any other at-home manicure I’ve done.

First off I love the beautiful packing!!! I tend to keep my nail supplies in the packing for a more organized storage and Modelones packing is always beautiful! Now for the actual products. The base coat is the perfect mix of thin but not runny easy to work with and leaves a nice smooth layer for the color coats to stick to and self-level nicely. The no wipe topcoat is a medium-thick consistency, which is what I love. It self levels and I never have any uneven surfaces or issues with curing. I absolutely love the matte topcoat! I am not a matte girl I love gloss but I have to say Modelones matte topcoat converted me. It is a nice velvet no wipe matte top coat. If I could give ten stars I would. I will be purchasing another 3 pc Modelones base, top and matte gel polish set in a few days because I am getting low and can not afford to run out!

The matte top coat doesn’t last that long so I don’t do many matte looks. The base and top coat though..? I have been using those two for almost a year and every mani and pedi has lasted so long with no chips or cracks. I was working with my hands a lot in the beginning of the year while working in a fast food place and my polish and the shine of the top coat lasted through all of that. Now I work an office job, so the shine of my nails is shinier for longer and the polish still looks amazing.

the matte and top coat work perfectly. They dried in under 120 seconds with my UV light. For the money asked for you do get enough in the bottle to feel like you got your moneys worth. They all went on smoothly. Most gel top coats heat up my nail bed under the light this one was not intense at all felt very little heat yet it was dry shinny and beautiful . I am sad to say though the bottom coat nail polish NEVER dried I used max amount of time on my UV light 120 seconds and after 3 times back to back it never dried nor air tried either. The bottom coat is useless. Not sure what the deal is with that. i will NOT buy it again nor will I take the risk on the name brand at all again.

These are basic requirements if you need to do gel nails. I do my own at home and like to keep a nice set of top and base coats in to make the most of a long-lasting manicure. The formula is just the right amount of thickness and then you have a matt or shiny top coat option. The top coats are non-sticky so do not end at all tacky (they are non-wipe) and you can use them to get different effects and finish. Obviously you could just use these on their own for a nail strengthener whilst you grow out your own nails or use to sandwich a couple of coats of colour in between. This set is versatile and will last me months. I would buy them again as I think the price is very good too.

Best base ever, I have really soft nails and tried few products to prevent peeling for my gel nails with no luck. I bought this set mainly to try the base to see if the gel will peel after a week but surprise, no more peeling after a week and still looking great!I am still to try the top but I am sure it’s good.Best base ever!!!

Amazing base coat, top coat is also amazing and no wipe as it states so no tackyness at all when set (brought "no wipe" top coats in the past but still experienced stickiness). Unfortunately, the matt top coat seems to leave some texture from the application brush (could be due to how I applied it though 🤷‍♀️, the texture is seen in the video attached on the thumb, ring finger and middle finger),but still does the job. Over all I think it's well worth the purchase for the price of it, cant comment on the durability on the polishes just yet due to only just using them.If I remember I will review the durability of them in another week or two. 😊

So I've been using gels for a very long time. the bulk of my kit is Sensationail, but I decided to branch out and look at some cheaper options to see if they were any good. Grabbed this set cos all the reviews seemed good and it was a good price.Haven't tried it all out yet, but I did use the top coat, and the wierdest thing happened - some was Matt and some was gloss. (Plus it wasnt the shiniest top coat I've ever seen) just very strange ....not sure if anyone has had similar occurrences. I'll try it several more times before giving up altogether and see if it changes.Excited to try out the Matte...heard good things 😁😁
