Silipos 10315 Body Disc

I bought these because I have a bad Achilles tendon. The disc fits nicely against my ankle when I wear a sock. The only down side (and I understand that this is my fault, not the fault of the product) is that the disc picks up lint and cat hair. It's easy to clean, but if you are a neat freak you might want to get one that comes in a cloth sock.

I’ve had such problems with my stump bone rubbing on the inside of my prosthetic - for years I’ve been in and out of wound care - they know me TOO well there! I ordered these as I remembered a surgeon giving me a similar product to heal my incision after ulnar nerve transposition. They WORK GREAT!!! No more pain walking and NO MORE SORES!

My wife is a recent double below knee amputee. She was having a lot of distal tibia pain when wearing her prosthetic limbs. We put these in the bottom of her liners and she is able to wear her prosthetics comfortably now. They work so well for her that we are ordering a second set as a backup.

These are a life saver for my husband. They really protect the end of his stump and make walking much more comfortable. He can now go for walks using these. Have ordered them multiple times now. Each one lasts about a month before needing replaced.

I play hockey and have always had problems with my ankles hurting from the skates rubbing against my ankles. These totally eliminate the pain. I put them inside my sock, covering my ankle bones.

Thinner and easier fit in ski boot than previous ones I have used.

Didn't work for me, they are too thick and don't stay in place. I will try other products.

I chose this rating because the product does what it claims to do. I'm a double amputee and I use it with my liners
