Great kit
Wow, this shower kit sounds super convenient! It seems like it includes everything you need to get your shower tiled quickly. That's a huge plus, especially for a DIY project. I love that it's waterproof, which is essential for any shower. Might have to check this out for my bathroom remodel! Great value for the price amazing price. Fits pwrfectly

Easy to install a custom shower pan
Makes installing a shower pan fairly easy. It allows flexible sizing and easy to water proof just follow dorections.

Pretty slick system
This is an excellent system, although it has a relatively steep learning curve. I followed the instructions and videos exactly and performed a 24 hour leak test, which passed with flying colors. Be advised with the build up of multiple layers in corners and such, small tile such as are commonly used on shower floors, do not lay flat. The fix is a skim coat, allowing it to dry completely before setting the tile. I was a bit disappointed this was necessary, as I was hoping the presloped bed would allow me to forego that and make the project more expedient. However, I have always hired a plumber to install the pan and membrane, so i was able to save that cost in the project. All in all a do over, although hopefully it will get easier with subsequent projects.

Waterproof!
This worked perfectly for our shower project. Was very easy to work with all things considered. Passed the 24 hour leak test in the pan and we were good to go! The only downside was we had to return it twice because it got damaged in shipping. I noticed by our 2nd return they stopped shipping with UPS and Amazon delivered the 3rd directly - no damage on that one. We are very happy with this system.

I have used the Schluter system many times and love it. This kit even came with the drain phlange . . . On the box it says it is sold separately. Lucky me!

They do not provide enough curbing if u are planning on having glass on two sides of the shower. Short by about 30 inches

More than enough for 32" x 60" shower booth. It was my first project with Schulter Kerdi and it was quite easy to install. Make sure to purchase the drain kit and niche separately. You also need two good 6" drywall joint knives for the corner installation
