How to Be a Medieval Knight

Written directly to the reader: "...you will need many years of training...If you do well, you'll be promoted to squire. This is a responsible job." Glossary, index, further reading, other extras at the end. Lovely illustrations - I know that my 6 yr old grandson will enjoy it for many years.

This is a very straightforward book on the Medieval Knight. It is geared toward children and gives a look into the qualifications to become a Knight, what stages of preparation were required, who could be or could not be a knight, etc. It is a fun read and very easy to get through. If you have a child interested in Robin Hood or this particular period in time, this is a great book.

My 12 yr. old grandson loved it.
