Surprising works! I read a comment before buying that they thought it was a gimmick (I thought the same) and that it actually works and I‘ve got to say I wasn’t disappointed. I live in a really hard water area and the water is now sooo soft! I suffer with dry skin and mild eczema and my skin is now clear and smooth and doesn’t get flaky anymore! I’m now around 95% less itchy! Thank u so much! Was super easy to install (comes put together, you just need to attach it to the hose), fantastic value for money, sturdy and great quality.

I was dubious about these shower heads as I thought they were just a gimmick. But anything had to be better than what I currently had. Omg these are amazing. Seriously they not only improve the pressure of the water but the shower head itself is amazing the full spray comes out so softly it feels like little raindrops on your skin. Then it has two other settings full inner spray which is great for targeting areas and the middle spray is both sprays together. I'm so glad I purchased this. Definitely worth getting if you can't have a power shower or your in rented accommodation etc.

I was skeptical as there were so many similar items and mixed feedback but the bargain price of £6.99 sealed it for me. So pleased I took the chance (not a big one at this price though). Fitted my existing shower hose perfectly. I decided on the stones rather than the filter which is how it came anyway. Just a case of unscrewing the old Aquastream shower head from my current Aquastream power shower and screwing this one on. Although my Aquastream is a power shower, it's an old one and my iron pipes are very oxidised and so I was down to a NOT power shower. I can't change the pipes so I thought I'd try this. Immediately, the pressure is at least twice as much as before. The water most definitely feels softer (I'm in a very hard water area). I have waist length hair and the previous shower head power made it trickier for me to lather up and rinse off shampoo and conditioner. So much better and quicker now with this one. Shampoo really lathers up quickly so I can use less and only need to wash once, rather than twice. Changing the flow type is so easy too ... just one little press to left, right or middle and it's an instant change. Great cos my son prefers one flow and I prefer a different one but easy to flip. We both also have fairly dry and sensitive skin and always itched (dryess) cos of the hard water .... I don't itch any more when I've gotten out and the redness has gone out of the skin on the top of my back and shoulders where the water hit me hardest. So if you have any or all of the same previous problems I had, get this. You won't regret it. Great price, great gadget. The only regret I have is that I thought it also had the on/off button but it doesn't but that's liveable with as I just turn the shower off whilst lathering, as I've always done ... but this would have been convenient. Still a great gadget, affordable gadget without that.

Update: still think it's a great product as my skin and hair is less dry than before. It did start to leak a bit and I have added the tape, probably need to replace the rubber as not quite sealed yet. Would still recommend though. Haven't changed any of the fillings as they still look great after using a few months. Used it a few times now and my skin and hair feel slightly less dry. It feels like a soft sprinkle as well when you take a shower. Not sure on long term use but so far can't fault the product. I basically took it out of the box and screwed it in. No leaks at all.

A very good shower head that half the price of the Stone Stream and looks and works practically the same. This came very well packaged with spare stones, a cotton filter, and a rubber disc that I assume can replace the metal holes. The shower head took about a minute to install by unscrewing my old one and screwing on the new one. That is it. The shower head has 3 modes selected by an easy to use switch and it is more powerful than my old shower head (probably because the holes are smaller). Not sure about the claims of being more water efficient but it won't be any less water efficient than my old shower head.

Product is easy to fit and use. Power nd spread:4/5 The power is good but focused. As you can see it is small shower head so expected. This means it doesnt spread enough. Filter: 3/5 I did water ph, alkaline and hardness test on two showerheads and one direct from the same tap. It turns out the water does filter out but little difference. As you can see in the water test 2 amd 3. Package nd delivery: 3.5/5 Package nd delivery is good and there was spare filter balls which could be replaced. However no instructions on how to replace. The head seemed a bit complex. Overall: Good showerhead but there may be better filters out there fitted ditlrectly to tap. Think they work better. As you can see the filter reduces a bit of hardness but is that enough. Not for me.

Comparing to my old shower head, this gives me a much improved showering experience. The three modes (rainfall, mixed, massage) works well. I really like the transparency so you can see the water passing through the beads. The water pressure was improved by two folds. The fine water spray on rainfall mode is my preferred setting. The water jets through the metallic filter head gives out uniform straight lines.. unlike my old shower head. The spare replacement beads is a nice additional bonus. I really like the modular sections so future cleaning and maintenance is achievable. Having a transparent housing gives a good indicator when it needs a cleaning maintenance. Setup was fast and easy. Recommended if your old shower head is looking tired and likely to be clogged up with limescale.

All as described but could do with better instructions. As other buyers have commented the spare balls could be packed better, as on mine the bag had burst and the balls where just loose in the box. Also changing to the alternative rubber spray disc isn’t easy as it is hard to unscrew the head, I found that running very hot water through it seem to help loosen it. The only way that this can seem to increase the pressure is that you are forcing the water through finer holes than normal when you are using the metal disc in the head , maybe it does soften the water as well, but I am not totally convinced , but all in all it is a well made piece of kit for a similar price to other shower heads so if if it has any other benefits that’s just a bonus , I would certainly buy again.
