Recommended for beginners or people who want to easily put together routines to stay toned.Nothing really magical for people who are already well educated on fitness and weightlifting concepts.

Nothing new
I Thought I would find some really great new information here, but I did not. The Information is well presented and definitely will benefit new exercisers, but I have had exercise in my life for 30 years, and didn't find anything in this book that I haven't read online or in other books.

A praise For Marco!
Marco is a simple kind of guy. He explained simply a bunch of complicated science. His moves are backed by a great deal of scientific data. Very detailed. Great pictures! This book will definetely enhance you knowledge.
