Simply BONZ Total Support Full Length EVA Insoles

This insole is fantastic. I have them in my work boots and in my running shoes and a pair to swap between my hiking shoes/boots and dress shoes. I spend a lot of time on my feet and these have helped my feet and back be less sore when I am done with work. They made my old hiking boots feel like upgraded better boots and made wearing them more enjoyable. I will swap a pair to my dress shoes as well for weddings or special occasions and the difference in comfort is unbelievable.The BONZ hold up much better than the gel insoles. I enjoy hiking and the gel insoles in my hiking boots would be smashed and falling apart from hiking without a backpack, but the BONZ hold up even with a backpack. They are light weight and as far as I can tell do not start smelling funky like other brands tend to do. They really hold up well and it is nice to know that the insole will outlast the shoe and provide comfort the entire time. My wife has the smaller version of the insoles for her Toms and loves them. We have had them for over a year now and the first pair is still working like new!I would highly recommend anyone who is active and on their feet give these a try. An individual insole may not be the right fit for everyone, but these feel like they are custom made for me and I love them!

These inserts are totally good and worth the money. We had to cut them down to fit my daughters shoe. I have a tip with that- yes draw around your kids foot but cut a little longer first and try it in the shoe. You can always trim some more.(Found out the hard way when we trimmed some to fit my daughters foot but when we put them in the shoe, there was maybe a quarter of an inch extra in length - the shoe bed was longer - so her toes were always feeling as if they were tipping over the end - uncomfortable)!

These are great insoles. I own 3 pair. Make sure you have enough space in your shoe, because this is a thick, high volume insole. Since most people don't have a clue how to fit a shoe, that means 1/2 to full size bigger than you're wearing now to accommodate this being in the shoe.The Bonz adds a nice firm later of quality EVA cushion to the shoe and wraps very high on the medial side to offer good support. I wore some in my last double marathon for a little extra protection from the asphalt.

These made a huge difference in how my feet feel. I spend a lot of time on my feet fishing and these made all the difference in the world. Usually, my feet would hurt after 3-4 hours standing on them especially when standing on rip-rap rocks, concrete piers, or even wooden docks. Once I put these in my shoes, I would fish 6-8 hours a day with no pain at all. I love them! Get ya some and... get comfortable.P.S. almost a year later and I still love them!

Two years ago I sustained a severe fracture of leg and ankle. The Dr botched the surgery resulting destruction of ankle cartilage due to a malunion of bones. After a second surgery to remove hardware my physical therapist recommend these inserts to compensate for pronation and and a fallen arch. They are wonderful! I am not pain free, but have much less pain and fatigue when I walk.

Really helps to give me support. My feet hurt all the time so really appreciate Bonz.
