Worst experience
Tv is good in this budget. But once any problem will occurs then it will be a nightmare for you all. Then you will think kaash thide paisee daal ke branded TV liya hota.It takes 4-5 days to lodge a complaint via emails then a technician will be assigned. Who will never call you for visit. Once you call him, he will say aayunga.I am waiting for a technician for last 10 days but due to non availability of replacement parts he is not reporting.My one month TV recharge gone waste and its painful to wait for a technician daily.Worst experience from Kodak.Never buy from Kodak. Go for a gooD brand TV.

False promises by Amazon and refusal by Kodak to Install
Kodak refused to install the TV in spite of Amazon very clearly mentioning it with the invoice. Amazon too did not help and I had to spend ₹700 for installation. Highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour of Kodak and Amazon

Good tv
It's a good tv overall for mild use. You can use it to watch programs. Etc. I don't find any issues with this TV as reported by other customers. I use it mainly for online streaming in amazon prime.

As a secondary television - this set is good enough
As a secondary tv, this is fine - as i do have one 18-55 OLED, I bought this just to meet my small requirement - which it suffices. With amazon firestick, this tv is converted to smart tv. But sound quality has been compromised.

Horrible customer care.
I bought this TV and checked the Kodak brand installation at the time of purchase. Post delivery no one contacted me for installation so I called Kodak. They then tell me that since mine is a 24 inch TV and not 32 Inc they can't provide installation and that I should call Amazon. I spoke to Amazon and they tell me some one will reach out to me in 48 hrs.If this is the customer onboarding experience with Kodak, God alone knows what they will do when there is a real issue.Please stay away from Kodak. I bought this TV for my staff so didn't go for a known TV brand, (Kodak being way past it's hayday with the death of physical photography, but I thought of giving it a chance considering the overall brand reputation), but after this experience I rather pay a couple of thousand more and go with a responsible TV brand.@Amazon before giving a brand installation option please check on the backed whether the vendor is provinding the same or not.
