I received my refund, but different from 1 past time I made a claim and received immediately, this time I was denied initially, had to have a chat to get approved, but then never received refund, had to again submit online, then received refund for product malfunction within 2 year warranty period.

Easy claim process
My device malfunctioned one year after the warranty expired. The automated tool didn't detect the warranty expiration period correctly, but a quick phone call resolved the issue. I had the refund in the form of Amazon Gift card as soon as I had shipped the item using the prepaid label that Asurion provided. Overall a happy experience.
