The product description says it's for men and women.

Does this include wiping tool to remove?

The wiping tool is not sharp enough to really S C R A P E the skin in the way that you would need to, to be able to use it as intended. A damp washcloth works really well, though, and I think most people would probably want to shower off any residue anyway. So just jump in the shower with a washcloth and give yourself a good scrub when the 5-10 minutes are up.

Can it be used on pubic hair as well?

I'm a man, used it for first time tonight. I have ultra very sensitive skin with dermatitis and inflamed follicals when shaving. THIS STUFF WORKS WONDERS!!!! NO IRRITATION AT ALL...anywhere between 10mins works, i tested very sensitive areas around nipples and crotch...so far so good! I'm going to test some more later...EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
