Very much needed when walgreens runs out!! I take two every morning. I heard that in women, it gives just a boost of energy. I take it for better liver function and it boosts my immune system. I think it does its job ; I believe in milk thistle 100%. I have a little bit of heartburn, but in all honesty, I don’t think it’s related to this supplement. It’s a good value for the money and delivers a lot of silimarin

I have been using this product, Nature's Bounty Milk Thistle, for YEARS!!! I enjoy my 2 glasses of wine in the evening with dinner. About 10 years ago I was informed I had a fatty liver. So IMMEDIATELY I begin taking this product. 10 years later the doc checked my liver and I had minimal fat in my liver. In my younger years I did abuse my liver with regular partying.
