New package has fewer cookies. They don't pack them right. Half of them came broken

There are now 10, smaller cookies in a 6.25oz package. The old packaging contained 9 larger cookies in a 7.25oz package - for significantly less money. What genius marketing department decided people wanted to pay more money for less cookies? They don't taste the same either. The light, crumbly texture has been replaced with a heavier, more solidified mix. It now reminds me of a cookie baked with too much butter. I'm very disappointing, and I wont be purchasing these again.

I found these cookies while shopping in another state. I got home and had to buy them. They are a tad expensive for cookies but the are so good. The ratio of chocolate to cookie, how crunchy they are, and they have a decent shelf life after they have been opened. Just a little pricey.

The cookies are tasty but the box and packaging are flimsy. The cookies are almost always broken in pieces when they arrive. Hard to consider another purchase after multiple disappointments.

These cookies are so popular that the local grocery store has been out for a month! I finally got some from good ol' Amazon. The cookies are soft, not hard, and they will quickly become your favorite. I decided if they came broken from shipping, I would just eat them with a spoon! (But they were intact, which is kind of amazing.)

I have ordered this cookie as a mix several times and love the cookies that I bake adding walnuts, better than any recipe. on the market Unfortunately, when I ordered it as a previous order, I didn't spot that there wasn't a mix available. for purchase. I assumed the packaging was just a new packing. And I was eagerly awaiting the Mixes. So I have a box of boxes of cookies already baked instead of the mix. Turns out that my favorite product is currently out. I feel so bummed as there is nothing like cookies fresh out of the oven with chocolate chips melted. I never, never ever buy box cookies in the grocery, and this is the only mix I ever buy. Guess I shall give away the boxed cookies and wait till this line is back. Dolores. "Let the Buyer be aware."

I love these cookies way too much! I have to decide how many I will eat at a sitting, and then put them far away!
