A good substitute for the genuine article
Was initially disappointed at the size of the pack, bUt, use sparingly! It’s a taste bomb. Not only hot, it has flavour. I usually use naga chills in my dishes but this powder is a very good substitute and I think a must for any kitchen.

Great product and good service
Ordered the ghost chilli but instead received chipotle chilli powder instead, got in touch with the vendor, replied very shortly after, he sent the correct product out and said that I can either keep the chipotle powder.The ghost chilli powder is great, really hot, would suggest use sparingly.

Spicy with flavour!
My son and I really like this. It's spicy but still retains that nice flavour. I use it in my currys and other dishes too.

Good product bad packaging
Naga Ghost powder is as expected, very hot and fragrant. One reason I purchased from this company was that the product description stated that the product comes in a food grade resealable bag for storage. Well that isn't what I would call it. The zip bag it arrived in was very thin domestic grade, not heat sealed and could easily be tampered with or ripped. These thin bags also slowly allow contents to permeate through over time and the outer surface becomes sticky, so not suitable for longer term storage (several months).I have transferred the contents over to a plastic jar for storage as the zip bag is not durable or suitable for safe storage. I have ordered chilli powder from several suppliers previously and so far only one (Hatton Hill) has packaged their product safely in a thick, heat-sealed, tamperproof, commercial grade resealable bag, Food safety matters, so I hope to see improvements in this area. I can't fault the actual product or the price, so I've only deducted one star.

Hot and flavoursome
Arrived on time. It's not just exceedingly spicy hot, it also has a fantastic flavour. Used for adding spice to chilli's and curry's. Would highly recommend
