Is it soluble in liquids? Or in oil?

This is actually a very good question. Bee pollen is soluble in liquids. Experts say (among others, Dr. Cherbuliez, the Vice President of the American Apitherapy Society) that mixing bee pollen with honey or lemon juice leads to better absorption of nutrients. This is thanks to breaking down the bee pollen's outer shell. This outer shell protects the pollen from rough environment - sunlight, rain, wind, etc.. Our recommendation is to soak the bee pollen in freshly squeezed lemon juice for an hour or in honey for a day before consumption. It's important to mention that when using the lemon juice, either prepare only one dosage (if prepared night before, keep it in the fridge) so the pollen doesn't go off due to high moisture content of the lemon juice. Our bee pollen is air dried at low temperature to preserve the nutrients. It's necessary to dry the pollen as the high content of humidity in the pollen granules would cause the pollen to go off and it would get mouldy over time. The only other way would be to keep the pollen frozen, but that wouldn't be practical at least in terms of logistics. So drying the pollen is the most practical way to preserve it in terms of nutrients and sustainability. Like our grandmas used to dry herbs for tea :)

Does it help reduce hay fever symptoms?

I think it does reduce the symptoms cause I have not been too bad this year but as precaution I still take my cetrizine every other day .

If you find the taste unbearable, like i do, how do people eat it? Any tips?

Or in oil?", we mentioned letting the pollen dissolve in honey or lemon juice. We know the taste of pollen with lemon juice isn't particularly a solution to this issue (duh) but it helps with better absorption of nutrients. Which is why we have the pollen, right? :)

Best bee pollen you can buy

Actually flavourful and great quality. Other pollen I’ve bought before has just been musty dust but this one actually tastes nice in my morning yogurt with some honey. Be careful though and look at it when you pour it, as I’ve found a couple of wings and bee parts in it!

Tastes great!

I have bought this bee pollen to hopefully help with some health issues. I don't know yet whether or not it will make a difference but I will monitor my progress and report back later. The five stars are because I think it tastes really lovely - slightly sweet and floral. This is a big relief to me because I bought some bee propolis a while ago (for the same health problems) which tasted so truly disgusting (bitter with a revolting aftertaste) that I had to give up on it before it had had a chance to potentially make any difference to my health. I have high hopes for this product and, even if it doesn't improve my wellbeing, at least it is a pleasure to consume! Also, I have just read elsewhere that bee pollen is a complete protein - very useful, as I am following a plant based diet at the moment.

A Natural IMMUNE boost!!

Bee pollen is a natural product used to feed the younger bees of the colony. It is a mixture of flower pollen, nectar, enzymes, honey, wax and secretions, which is packed with amino acids, vitamins, nutrients, lipids and other active products. It can boost your immunity and is an antioxidant. It may also help with hot flushes in menopause. I am taking it to boost my immunity and do notice it makes me sneeze, which to me is a sign that it is activating my immune response. The product looks like large couscous granules and has varied earthy-orange coloured granules. They are slightly chewy with a powdery taste and bittersweetness, which disappears on chewing. I like this product and try to take half a teaspoon every morning!!
