Vintage Wall Mount Clawfoot Tub Faucet 3-9Inch Adjustable Center Polished Chrome. We live in a very old house with a claw type of bathtub. We saw this advertised. We chose this model because of the ability to adjust to the hole openings on the tub and maybe time for a little fancy in our life. This is a very, very well product. It is solid !!. All of the knobs/valves operation are very smooth. You can tell this is a highly made product. The shower hose is not stiff, but very flexible even at all temps. Way beyond the quality of the lower cost shower hoses found on lower cost faucet systems. Installation was a breeze. A couple of crescent wrenches or pliers was all that was needed. WARNING: If you install in an older style claw type bathtub, you WILL need the extension kit for the inlets. The ones that come with this kit are too short once you stick it through the tub to connect to the inlet hoses. You can order the extension kit here or make a trip to your local hardware store. This went onto a cast iron bathtub with holes on the vertical surface. If you have such a setup, buy the long extensions. You will need them.Went in easily, with standard household tools, seems solid enough, works well. What's to not like? And do you think Roosevelt will run again in '36?

Installed this for a friend. He had a claw tub with an external ( wall mount) type of faucet. Based on the current spread/distance of his current chrome piping in 1/2 inch ending in male threads he needed something adjustable.This fit the needs for our install. The piping on the unit is 3/4(FPT) at the faucet ends of the included adjustable "legs". The legs are 1/2" male threads on the wall end of the piping and 3/4" male on the faucet end. Note that because if you wanted to go from the faucet's rear "directly" to piping, your piping will need to be 3/4" male threads.Since I had to attach those male threads to the pipes male threads I pick up a couple of nice 1/2 female to 1/2 female chrome adapters. link below :https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077MXGW9K?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsThe faucet has a heavy feel and the interior appeared to be quality casting, to which was coated over. ( time till well the resistance with my friends well water system). The valves are not full turn type valves. I liked the more expensive long handle style over this knob style, however with the fact that you need not turn the hand knobs more than 1/4 to 1/2 way to open fully was nice.Hope this helps.

So this faucet was worth the money for sure! Especially with the width adjustment that it offered that many others didn’t! My tub holes are narrow and I had a hard time finding a faucet at a reasonable price with the right distance! After reading some reviews I did do a little tweaking and extra securing to a few areas to ensure it wouldn’t leak or break upon installation and I haven’t had any issues with it as far as that goes! As you can see from the pictures, I really need the long extension arms because with it being mounted to my tub, the spout sits way too low into the tub leaving lots of “wasted” space where water should go and it gets hidden sitting down that low in the tub! Which is sad!! Only other “issue” I had with installing this was how this mounts to the tub where the water lines connect… the faucet end is too short, I managed to make it work but it took a lot of anxiety and cuss words to get it to mount up without having to buy extra parts. But over all it’s been installed for about 5 months and gets used quite a lot and I haven’t had any issues thus far! I am super pleased and happy with the outcome! If I get the extension arms I will update my review with better pictures to show just how gorgeous this can be in the right bathroom!

Inexpensive, works fine. Due to being a universal tap that fits all tubs, means it doesn’t fit my tub perfectly. It’s okay.

We're happy with these fixtures. We ordered two sets for a couple of old clawfoot tubs, and they do the trick (look terrific, operate well). Unfortunately one of the swing arms burst during a hard freeze (not the part's fault, the tubs are outdoors), but Gotonovo was helpful in identifying and sending the replacement part. When one of the two replacement swing arms had a casting issue, they resent replacements without fuss. They communicated frequently throughout the whole process. One footnote is that our plumber said he needed some adapter washers to make them fit, but those were available at Lowes.

Purchased for a refurbished 1915 claw foot bathtub. Installed by a plumber that had difficulties with the parts because the bathtub was old. He was able to install with purchasing a few washers. It took about 2 hours because it’s s new house and he had to drill the floor to the plumbing below. He was pleased with the parts were all included and knew what he was doing. It’s looks authentic to me, and I’m very happy with it!

Love the look, easy enough to install/ followed the instructions in booklet- which are set out very easy to understand. No leaks. I new from the reviews that the threads going through the tub openings are “short “… but for my tub, they had just enough to thread on my braided hose. The adjustable arms allowed me to position the faucet closer to a “flat” position on the rounded portion of the tub… this is a galvanized tub. Happy with product! Thank you!
