24 Pin to 14 Pin PSU Main Power Supply ATX Adapter Cable Cable Compatible with Lenovo IBM Motherboards

I replaced a broken supply in a lenovo desktop with an OTS ATX supply, and it made the computer happy again.

If you're buying a new power supply for an older motherboard and not getting an OEM/factory type replacement, you'll have a surprising amount of pins and connectors to deal with. For example, I just bought a 500w EVGA non-modular unit (which is now powering a new Zotac GTX 1650) and didn't properly do my homework on what I needed for connections, so I had to buy this adapter, My motherboard has a 14 pin power connector, whereas the new PSU I bought had a 20+4 pin connection (which, for those who aren't sure, is a 20 pin connector and a 4 pin connector that frequently go together).Installation couldn't have been more easy. I plugged the 20 pin connector in, then the 4 pin, and then plugged it into my motherboard. Once I got all the connections where I wanted them and excess cabling (somewhat) out of the way, everything powered up just fine. It did not come with instructions, but with the pin configuration basically working only one way, I didn't feel they were necessary but should be included since some may try to plug things in improperly without realizing what is wrong and may require help. That's the only reason for the product not being 5 stars.

biggest piece of booty cheeks i’ve ever laid my eyes upon, I wasted my couple dollars for this for it to over heat and die the moment i got it to my girlfriends house to surprise her with a new setup. now i had to spend 10 dollars on a new one that hopefully isn’t as big as a disgrace as this dookie.

Terrible build quality and doesn’t even work. Have to ship it back now to get a different one
