My husband is regular us xl ? will this xl jacket be same good . he is 6.2 and weight 220 lb

I wear a 2xl but the jacket I got was far too small . Sent it back for a 3xl, no better. Bought my son an xl and it fit perfectly .go figure. Nice jackets but labeling is strange. Just be prepared to return it . Good luck.
