I needed a refractometer to make candied peels and it was perfect!

Does the job.
Does the job. More robust than I expected. The view of sample result is a not clear but I suspect this is the nature of this type of testing and there is an accepted margin. I'm pleased I can measure the sugar content in jams for the declaration and it has taken away the uncertainty.
