Untrustworthy and not worth the risk nearly ₹1500
I received a damaged and defective product and contacted customer service multiple times regarding the issue. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I was continuously informed that the matter was under investigation. After considerable delay, the final response provided was that no issue had been identified and that the product was neither returnable nor refundable. What is concerning is that I had waited nearly six months to purchase this product, as it was unavailable on other online platforms apart from Amazon. Despite receiving a defective item, the responsibility has ultimately been shifted onto the customer, resulting in a financial loss of ₹1500. This entire experience reflects a lack of accountability and raises serious concerns regarding customer support and responsibility towards defective products

The colour is perfect, might be the best lipshade I have ever used but it melts SO SO easily and it broke the very first time I used it. I have ordered this earlier also and it broke the very first time I used it even that time. So i am thinking the quality is bad and I am disappointed
