Very sturdy nail clippers. They fit nicely in hand but I had some difficulty with them slipping every once in a while. The texturized grip took a little getting used to and after a few tries, it feels really comfortable while holding.These are sharp and do not require a lot of pressure to clip your kitties nails. I bought these for my 7 month old kitty, Boomer. I was really worried that he would fight and claw at me to get away but he was really calm during the whole ordeal. I liked that they closed very easily over the nail and clipped them with one snip. They also cut them very evenly and they weren't jagged.Only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the grip took me some getting used to. However, for the price and accuracy of these nail clippers, I would recommend this product. I would suggest maybe messing around with them for a few minutes before trying to trim kitties nails, just so you can get a better feel for them.

I was very happy with these clippers. They are for use with my 6 month old kittens. The size is comfortable for my hand and makes the clipping easier. Because this is the first time I have determined that the cats will be indoor pets only, it is important that I feel confident with the tool I use for clipping (never had to clip nails of cats that went outdoors). This tool fits the bill with a clean cut on the first try.

I have tried several other pet nail cutters including an expensive european set and these Petzooli pet nail trimmers have worked the best. Unlike other brands these don't slip or twist sideways while cutting thicker pet nails which my dogs have. They cut quick without leaving rough edges as other cutters do. They are constructed with good sharp stainless steel cutting edges, the handles are well made and feel good and solid in your hands and the design is nice as well. Great product...

Works well. Split my cats nail the first couple of tries. Maybe that was me getting use to the clippers.

I recently adopted two 6 month old kittens from the shelter, both of which hate having their claws trimmed. I've tried other trimmers but struggled with the cat but also with the trimmers actually cutting. These cut cleanly and smoothly, which makes the whole process easier.

after only a couple months, they seemed dull and hard to use to cut nails. but for the price, it did its job.

The size of it makes it easy to grip, but it didn't cut the nails very well. It felt like using dull scissors. I also had to rinse it off out of the box because it had a strong smelling liquid on it, similar to the smell of mustard and plastic.

We love it ..a nd so does our cat. He likes to have his claws trimmed monthly and we lost our old pair. We could have paid $7 bucks to replace them at the local pet store... or we could just get them here.
