Q: Possible tampering of theft of my nutrients before I got them? Does anyone else have a hole in there cap? And my bottles weren’t actually sealed?

There's most certainly supposed to be a seal on the bottle. I use said seals gas exchange hole to stick a syringe in to measure. Hole in the cap is normal tho. There's also supposed to be another layer under the cap without a gas exchange port to stop leaking.

Q: If you use Kiss Spray on the foliage would you continue to use Tiger Bloom in the soil? Can u dilute Tiger Bloom and use as a spray on foliage?

Yes still feed tiger bloom with kiss spray. Second part of question NO only use kiss as foliage spray, all other nutrients are to strong and will damage the plant.

Q: Would this be good for use on African violets?

No. This is meant to be diluted and used as a foliar feed. African violets have hairy leaves so it would be ineffective since it would form droplets in the leaves from the spray and never reach the stomata where it would ordinarily be absorbed. I suggest an organic liquid fertilizer with a NPK ratio like 1-5-3. Low nitrogen, high potassium and medium phosphorus. And tread lightly until you see how they react. African violets have fine roots that can be burnt by high nitrogen concentrations.

Q: Why cannot i not have shipped to Florida?

It does depend on the seller and if they have been cleared to sell different fertilizers in your state. Sometimes the Dept of Ag takes forever to approve.
