I used ChatGPT to help me figure out how to reduce my cholesterol and my LDL without using statins. This product was part of the protocol. I was told that it takes 12 weeks to see any results. So I started taking the Bergamot, 4 Nature Made Cholestoff Plus daily which are plant sterols known to reduce cholesterol, dramatically cut back on saturated fat, added ground flaxseed, and at the 14 week mark I had my blood tested. Cholesterol went from 243 to 206. LDL went from 155 to 123. Very pleased at the results.

Good product so far. I haven't seen any changes yet but l am hopeful it will do its job. It is easy to swallow and the taste was not bad.

I had my doc appointment today. After 2 months of taking this my bad cholesterol went down from 139 to 108! I’m going to increase my dose. Doctor will no longer push Rosuvastatin. Great checkup! Also, I don’t like taking pills. These are very easy to swallow.

I’ve been struggling with high cholesterol. I hate taking the statins. I’ve tried everything cutting them down to three times a week, adding co q10 since using this product for two months not only did the bad cholesterol go down. The good cholesterol went up and the triglycerides are perfect. I’m slowly weaning off the statins. I can’t say enough good things about this product.
