Q: Is it off white or pure white?

It is off white not a pure white

Q: Thinking of using it to store dog’s food. To replace the ugly old plastic bin. Figured this would look dressier. Would it work for that?

I’m sure you could finagle to work. It has no bottom, so you’d have to reinforce the bottom and add some screws to secure the door front to the walls of the interior bin. I’d look more for a dog food storage cabinet instead.

Q: What are the dimensions?

Full assembled it is 15 inches deep, 18 inches wide, and 35.25 inches tall. If you include the pull, it is 16 and 3/8 inches deep.
