Makes 5Gal water bottle usable!
I got a 5 gallons water bottle and few small glass bottles to use on daily basis but it was very hard to refill them! I knew big fountains where you return the bottle existed, but it's expensive and takes a lot of place. I discovered this one by chance on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I'm positively surprised, it works pretty well! - easy to install, just laid on the bottle - easy to use, one button to start / stop the fountain - pretty quick, few seconds to fill a glass - stops automatically after 1minutes (around 0.4 gallons) - stops immediately, not a single drop falls after you press the button - the battery life seems good, used it more than a month, refilled 3 times, and there is no sign of low battery (they announce ~30 gallons / charge) - seems VERY similar to the Xiaomi Mijia, which uses food grade material (you never know on Amazon :/) Be careful to keep it very clean when you store it while refill the bottle, it will stay all day long in water, a perfect place for germs I highly recommend this product if you have a reusable bottle (and you should because it is great for the planet ;)

(2 YEAR UPDATE) Great for the money
This is a good quality water pump. It will pump a little more than a quart of water and then it will auto sut off. Some found this annoying but I actually would rather turn it back on than to find a 5 gallon mess on the floor from our grandkids filling a glass and not turning it off when they are done. So far I have no complaints. I will review it more in a few months. (WE HAVE USED THIS WATER PUMP DAILY 2 YEARS. THIS THING HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY. WE USE IT TO TRANSFER WATER FROM 3 AND 5 GALLON WATER BOTTLES INTO A PITCHER FOR USE IN OUR COFFEE POT. I RECOMMEND THIS PUMP AND WILL CONFIDENTLY PURCHASE THE SAME WHEN NEEDED.)

Works well...most of the time
Love not needing a big ugly dispenser in my kitchen! My only complaint is that sometimes it doesn't turn off when you hit the button so we have had a couple mini-floods. Also, a suggestion for the on/off button: the button is hard to see in low light and isn't raised. Making it a different color or raising (or recessing) it would help. Overall the pros outweigh the cons though.

Good quality - Elegant looks
Just installed today, so cant say anything about longevity. This fits very loose and will keep rocking if I take the rubber lid, bottles typically come with. So, I had to retain that in order to fit the pump snugly. The touch operation is cool but I wish there was some indicator about the on/off switch. I bought this for a party and I can say that folks will not know how to use it and I had to somehow label it on how to use it. Other nice to have will be to have the switch work like a "hold-to-pump" switch the water only pumps when you keep touching the top part. I will still recommend this product with above points :)

A Regrettable Purchase: Cheaply Made and Inaccurate Descriptions
Save your money and avoid this product at all costs. I made the mistake of ordering it twice, receiving the wrong facet on both occasions. The quality could be better, with shoddy construction and an unnecessary button. The product description explicitly states that it is a touch-sensitive facet, but this couldn't be further from the truth. It's a frustrating and disappointing experience, leaving me with no choice but to return it. Don't fall for the misleading promisesโthis product fails to live up to its claims and is not worth your hard-earned money.

No Need for Wasteful Plastic Water Bottles!
My tap tastes funny, I was tired of using so many water bottles that I had a hard time recycling, and I tried a filter pitcher but was tired of constantly refilling it and buying filters. I didn't want to buy a water cooler so I purchased this product so I could just buy a 5 gallon jug (about the amount that's in a 40 pack of 16oz water bottles) that I can easily take back to the store to recycle! There were instructions, but they were in another language. No pumping tadpole/sperm water and no water on the gadget. Do put the tube in the bottle and 60 inches? 60 minutes? 60 seconds? I couldn't figure out the last bit. It was fairly easy to figure out how to install - just attach the tube, attached the white thing on the tip (at least I think that's what that white thing is for), stick the tube in the jug and the device easily fits over the jug's cap. I was so excited for my first glass of water! I pressed the button (which is more like a sensor touch, not a physical button you can turn on and off), and the water flowed as expected - but also pretty fast! My tiny cup was filling up quickly!! I tried to touch the sensor to get it to turn off, but it did not! Water kept flowing as I rushed to find more cups/pots/anything to collect my precious liquid! I was able to stop it, catch my breath, and try it again. And the water flowed and flowed until it finally shut off automatically (maybe the 60 in the instructions meant it will shut off automatically in 60 seconds? If so, that is WAY too long to keep water flowing!!) Figuring since I left the protective film on the sensor, that was causing the device to not respond to my touch to turn it off. I removed the film and the same happened. Water everywhere until it auto shut off. My next idea was that maybe I should charge it - maybe it's low on power and that's why it's not responding to my touch all the time? After I charged it until the blue charge light went off, I tried again. It turned off on the first touch! I tried it again and again, the sensor barely responded/spotty with turning off. Idk if I'm touching in the wrong spot to turn the water off or if the device is just spotty. I want to test it out some more but if I'm wrong that means more water all over the place! Overall, it's an okay tool and it's very sleek, I just wish it was better at responding to my touch or the water auto shut off after 5 seconds. Or maybe I should have went for a manual pump or a pump with a physical button.

Works great
I usually don't write reviews but all these reviews had helped me made my decision when I was looking into buying a water pump so I just wanted to do the same. This produce works great. We really like this water pump. the battery last for a very long time. Since we had it (about a year or so now) maybe about 5 times he had a problem shutting it off, but it was no problem at all, we just take it out and keep tapping the sensor. I had actually washed the whole thing with soap a few times and it still worked after it was dry.

Thi not working properly

It has a shut off problem. If your hands are slightly wet it will not work properly. And its 60 sec automatic shut off is a design flaw. It should be adjustable down to 3 or 5 secs. I regret buying this product.
