I have had it for two weeks and it’s already broken. I had to stick cardboard in the battery holder because the batteries were loose.

Someone has finally developed a model that our cats can't manipulate. Previously brands we no match for our cat who figured out how to stick his arm up the spout and release food all day long. This model has a tighter flap in the chute and that old trick didn't work

Worked great at the start and died! Lasted barely 2 months! JUNK!

Not sure why but my unit does not give out food at recorded time. It does look nice.

works as described. Yes my cat has figured out how to get food out of it. I adjusted her feeding times and amounts (still a 1/2 cup a day though) and she is no longer trying to get more out.

The product lasted 10 months. All of a sudden when its feeding time the clock just resets itself at 0 without feeding. Worked good until now

Probably the best quality thing I've ever had, still early days but well packaged in a plush bag and box.I really love it!

We’ve had this feeder for 3 years now. It takes forever to program and re-program. It’s unreliable and keeps losing feeding times. Animals are very routine. Our poor cats wait in front of the feeder at the time it’s been programmed to dispense food and nothing happens. Automatic feeders aren’t cheap but we’re at a point where we’ve had enough of the frustration and will be researching a new one to buy. If I could give this one a ZERO rating, I would.
