I bought 6 of these and they came in a big bag and were open . one was loose in the bag and there was also one missing. I had to order another one. They are good but the shipping sucks

I was amazed at the ease of installation, and sturdiness of these beautiful pieces. I want to order more when available.

I liked the design and they are nice but a lot smaller than description. Also the box was really damaged that they were shipped in. The description showed 4 inches in diameter which is what I needed for my blackout/thermal drapes which are heavy but were only approximately 2.75 inch. These would be more suited for lightweight curtains. I requested a refund, never heard anything so tried again requesting a refund and this time was given 3 options; take to a UPS store and pay nothing for returns which I live in a rural area and there is no UPS store near me; option 2 was take to a UPS drop off and pay $6.99 which I have one of those near me but they charge an additional $2 so would be $8.99 to return or option 3 print off a return label and pay $12.99 to return via the post office which is almost the cost of them so essentially free returns does not apply unless you live near a UPS store so I just kept them.

color looks just like photo, the stem is held with tension and not threading, that should be changed. it does just hold a curtain and it's not like folk are gonna take a drill seargents approach to examine it. the product does its job, and thats all it needs to do. personally, I like things to be a little overengineered, so the fact I'm giving myself the grain of salt should say something. it'd a curtain stop, not a coat hanger, but I do kinda wish it could hold a coat, it would FEEL a little more secure

Would have loved but 2 different shipments of this item arrived with open box and both medallions missing, rendering them useless. Poor customer service from Amazon and no response when trying to reach manufacturer.

They work perfectly. I used them because I like to do a scarf type curtain and these worked very well

Very good product. Looks minimal and simple and does the job. No complaints after a year of use.

Well made, solid and strong (not flimsy), elegant design and finish. Liked them so much have bought a 2nd set.

When we opened the package we found that one of the curtain holdbacks was damaged. On further inspection we felt the product was of poor quality and not worth the £12.99 price tag. We have since returned the product to Amazon and are currently awaiting a refund of the £12.99.
