Yes it can be used by both men and women. Use around 5 ml of oil. Warm the oil. Apply with your fingertips on your scalp. massage in circular motion on the scalp. you may use a little more oil to apply on the length of your hair. After the massage, Cover your hair with a thin towel (dipped in hot water and squeezed) Repeat the hot towel treatment for 3-4 times. you may do this 3 times in a week (if you have mild hair fall ). if you have severe hair fall, consider to use Kaytra Hair Pack also once a week.
