I’d buy this product again instead of one of the pricier alternatives, but I’d still wish the tape would hold better.Five stars for an imperfect product because it was only fifteen bucks and other stuff costs a lot more but doesn’t seem appreciably better. If there was an alternative product with the perfect tape (and maybe instructions for what temperature settings on the heat gun), I might opt for that. FTTB, I’ll be happy to use this product again next Winter.What I’ve learned is:- Don’t over-stretch the material with the heat gun. It’ll pull the tape off the edges.- Favor rectangular shapes. Irregular shapes also led, in my experience, to the material pulling off.

This is easy to use and unfold and the double sided tape works very well I was really impressed

Doesn't stick very well, price is high and the plastic does not seem thick as described

I have 5 windows across a single wall and I was very worried this would not be wide enough or long enough, but it fit perfectly and it’s already keeping the room warmer. Would highly recommend!!

We order these every year for the winter months on the south side of our home which gets little to no sun and is cooler. These help keep the heat bills down and the house warm!

They were very simple and easy to put up. I love it

I’ve emailed Frost King, it’s more like Frosty 🥶 Baby! The tape is terrible, I appreciate that it doesn’t pretend to stick. You think you’re going from one end to the other. 😂 It’s lifting before you get to the next corner or two. So I had to buy some tape 🥸

Will not stay up after shrinking plastic with hairdryer it’s difficult to stick to double sided tape

I've installed a lot of window insulation like this over the years. This brand is just as easy to install as the other thinner brands, and I think it's going to insulate a little better. It did take a bit more time to heat and shrink with the hair dryer, but I'm sure that's just because of its thickness. The two sided tape worked as expected. Just make sure your window frames are clean, so the tape has a solid surface to adhere to. The three big sheets that come in the box will give us enough to do the windows again next year.Not long after installation, one of our cats put a small puncture in the film with it's claw. However, because it's a bit more thicker, I was able to easily patch it up with a small piece of clear cellophane tape. You can not tell it's been patched unless you're standing up against the window.

Not the best out there, I like to use the heavier thickness as we live in -30c to -40C temps.Works good enough, would love a 65 inch width. Tape was easy to use.

It was a little awkward to install but it shrunk & is staying in place so far.

I am in Canada and it gets a wee bit chilly in the wintertime. I have been putting plastic on my windows for more than 30 years. Where I am currently the windows have shifted and won't lock to form a seal so I put on 2 or 3 layers of plastic to help mitigate this.This is the first (and last!) time I will buy this brand. The Duck brand was all sold out so I had no choice.Big mistake! The plastic itself is filthy and there is no way to correct this before placing it. The first layer of plastic has now divorced itself from the adhesive and I am feeling the drafts again. I am disabled. It is painful for me to do my windows and now I have to do it all over with cold window frames. I will be asking for my money back.It is ridiculous that I have to go through this extra effort because the company doesn't seem to have put forth any effort. Hugely unimpressed!

Le produit est vraiment très solide et épais comparativement aux autres produits similaires, il se déchire pas si on a besoin de le décoller pour l’ajuster. Je suis vraiment contente de l’efficacité de ce produit. Cependant, il y a eu des frais douaniers de 26$ qui n’étaient pas indiqués lors de la commande. Ça aurait dû être indiqué que des frais supplémentaires seraient ajoutés au coût d’achat et de livraison.
