These beautiful clips add a little extra to any outfit. The back of the two smaller ones are clips and the larger wings have pins with safe guards on them. I believe that is to help compensate for the heavier weight of the wings. They all seem pretty well made with nice detail and they aren’t flimsy, so they won’t bend easily. They do have some weight to them, so if the fabric is really light it might not be able to hold the clips up; just a quick caution. I did include pictures of the back of each so it can be seen how all the clips attach to your clothing. But my overall review is that they are very pretty and are sturdy without being to heavy of a metal!My bridesmaids loved them in their little gift bags!

They look beautiful, but the clips don't hold securely. The one with angel wings have pin backs instead of clips, which hold better than the others, but the pins are not in the center of each wing, so you have to wear with the wings down.

Pretty, but didn’t really work to hold shirt closed. I know originally these were designed to hold sweaters on when put over shoulders, they were very popular in the 1970s. We were hoping to use them to hold a blouse closed and not show so much cleavage, but they don’t hold.

I've been pinning things together and trying to hide the safety pin all of my life. Finally, something that will allow the closure to my liking but I don't have to hide the pin anymore.

I get so many compliments on these! I wear them to work almost every day. They look so sharp and stylish. A business woman must have if you’re into wearing collared shirts! They are exactly as pictured and well made.
