So just started using this, and it’s worked pretty well so far. It came fully charged (reading said 100%) but it says to charge it for 10 hours. You can see the bits stuck between your teeth come out when you rinse your mouth out. Very cost effective as we spend a fair bit on tooth floss!Update: I have only had this product less than a week now, and it now doesn’t work properly. Was using it and was unable to turn it off. This is not the first time I was unable to do this, I thought the first time, it might have been just a blip. But this is definitely an issue. Would not recommend now.

Been using this for about a week. After my hygienist told me (as they have my entire life) I need to floss as my gums where receding, she used a water cleaner thing to clean my teeth. This is a bit like that, can’t be bothered to floss but this is easy to add to your nightly routine. It’s a bit messy to begin with, you’ll get water everywhere- but after a few days it becomes second nature.

I was able to use it for a few times after I received the item but after a few days, it just wont work. The on/off button is not working, the screen shows that the power is on but it wont start functioning and you can't turn it off too. Sure it's not out of battery as the screen shows there is still battery percentage left but it just wont work.

I can say that this has been the best thing I have used for my teeth. This water flossing is so easy and safe to use. Honestly it removed most of the plaque from my teeth and it just feels squeeky clean.

It worked for 2 months and I thought it was amazing during this time.Now the screen doesn't turn on and it starts shooting water randomly at night and I can't stop it! Either there is a ghost in my house or this is totally brokenI tried to message the seller, but they didn't respond.Picture shows the machine turned on. It's making weird noises but doesn't show the screen.

Works great. Brushing well and pulling out the remnants of food between the teeth. I use on the soft option. Included a storage bag, 4 nozzles. charging for USB. Convenient to take on holiday.

It was too big to comfortably hold in my hand. Not keen on the hole to fill the tank, does not seem very secure. Very difficult to manoeuvre in my mouth in order to target areas I wished to reach. Not as expected so returned - or will be when Hermes arrive, already a day late

Using this instrument can help me clean my teeth better. It is convenient to operate according to the instruction.
