9" Spring Assisted Open Folding Pocket Knife Katana Tanto Japanese Damascus New

Beautiful raindrop damascus pattern. The dark red wood grain handle material matches the dark color of the damascus nicely. Came reasonably sharp and just a few passes on the ceramic stones easily got it to a razors edge. The spring assist works great, flicks out like lightning. Very light weight, seems a little blade heavy on the balance. I would have preferred the curve to go backwards away from the cutting edge, but, thats just my opinion. Still a very nice knife. Good fit and finish.

This knife is fantastic. Has a good length and weight to it, feels nice to hold in your hand, and the craftsmanship is great. One of the best knives I've purchased.

It arrived with a defective lock mechanism. Would therefore easily close on your fingers. Cheap etched imitation of Damascus steel. They have promised a refund, but don't want a return. Tells you something about their investment in the product!
