This incense stick holder has the finest jali work and can be used as a decorative item also. It creates a perfect warm and inviting space. The packaging of the product was very impressive. The item was very fragile. Therefore, it was packed in 3 different boxes so that there’s no damage. The seller has been diligent about the packaging. The product is extremely beautiful and attractive with the finest intricate designing which makes it worth buying. It can be used for gifting too on festivals like Diwali etc. The product was delivered on time. It also had incense sticks in it and those were good too. I highly recommend to those who are fond of such indian handicraft items.

Got the same product as per the description. The product came in good and intact condition. The packaging was also good. Pictures and videos are immediately uploaded and there was some thermacol from the package which was needed to clean before uploading pictures. Stone is as described in the product details. It spreads the fragrance upwards and it remains in room only which is good thing. Looks better as well.

It looks great and is tall enough to accommodate standard-size incense sticks (up to 11 inches). Because it's made of multiple glued-together pieces (not a single piece of work), it feels somewhat brittle to hold. However, this also lends different stone colors to each side. The minute-detailed engravings add a nice touch. It comes with an incense stand in the form of a soapstone cube to hold sticks of varying sizes, which is well thought through. You can also keep a single incense cone (not the Sambrani cup). The base is heavy enough to hold the heavier tall structure. Overall, priced slightly high.

Disappointing Durability - 1/5 Stars I was initially thrilled with this sandstone incense stick holder, thinking it would add a touch of natural elegance to my meditation space. The design and craftsmanship were impressive, and it served its purpose well for the first two weeks. However, my excitement was short-lived. After gently washing it with water to remove accumulated ash and residue, the holder suddenly broke into two pieces. I was shocked and disappointed, considering the material was supposed to be durable sandstone. For a product intended for regular use, especially with incense sticks that require occasional cleaning, its fragility is unacceptable. Two weeks is an unreasonably short lifespan for a decorative item, especially at this price point.

Very beautiful good quality looks like stone

Bought this incense stick holder mainly for its aesthetic appeal, and honestly, it looks absolutely beautiful. The design is elegant, gives a premium stone-carved vibe, and fits perfectly in a mandir setup. 🚨 However, there’s a functional issue that needs attention. 🚨 The incense stick tends to lean and touch the inner wall of the holder while burning. Because of this, the flame gets cut off midway and the agarbatti doesn’t burn completely. You end up with half-burnt sticks and wasted incense, which defeats the purpose. So while the product scores high on design, it falls short on usability. Suggestion for buyers: If you’re buying this purely for decor, go for it. But if you want a fully functional incense holder for daily use, this might frustrate you. Suggestion for seller (if they ever read this): A slight redesign in the stick angle or holder positioning can make this product perfect.
