Just to preface;-39 year old male-Started using these on March 15, 2022-I was around 4 weeks into a cut when starting to use this productI decided to buy this supplement after my brother let me finish one of his bottles. I had been using what he gave me for about 3 weeks before ordering these on Amazon (now I can finally write a review on these bad boys!).I've been cutting fat for almost 2 months now and I started taking these because I originally just wanted to keep my training in high gear (caloric deficit AND I'm in the gym every weekday morning by 4:45am). But I've got A LOT more than just the extra a couple reps in the gym! I'm not kidding when I say that just after the second day of using these I got the best pump of my life! And now after only taking them for close to a month, I see a HUGE improvement in and out of the gym!Since taking these little beauties I've increased in both...BENCH PRESS (originally hitting 225lbs for 2reps - but just last week I hit 225lbs for 6reps!)...andDEADLIFT (first day on Per4m I was at 3 sets of 315lbs for 3reps - now 5 sets of 315lbs for 6 reps).Needless to say all my other lifts have improved as well.I'm very happy considering this is happening while in a caloric deficit and I'm trimming fat!Obviously the strength gains are a plus, but my physique (getting ready for summer) is better than it ever has been during a cut. Muscles are staying full and they're harder than ever. My lifting partner has seen huge improvements, including my wife and kids. My dad, who I hadn't seen in over two months, said I look bigger (more muscular) now than when he saw me last. He was shocked when I told him I'm 10lbs lighter.I am very happy with this product! These worked pretty good, I have no complaints, I took it as my Crestine. I had good strength and pumps, but I was also taking Turkesterone and L-Citrulline and L-Arginine, so it’s hard for me to tell what these did specifically, but as a Creatine they worked well. The only problem is the last time I tried to order them Amazon said they were out of stock with no ETA. Looks like they’re back now.

I really enjoy taking this creatine supplement. This is the first creatine supplement I have taken since college. I used to take it all the time in powder form which could be nasty at times. Capsules make taking this way easier. I think it's also great that they use some mushrooms in here to boost you even more. Since I have been taking this my recovery has been great. I usually lift and go on bike rides and soreness is minimal compared to before taking this supplement. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their training and recovery.

Amazing product! Best creatine.Ok I’ve been working out for 5 years now and I work a demanding construction job. I’ve tried several forms of creatine before but most had little to no effect on me. Great product, love the pill form. Easier for me to take than mixing powder. My soreness after intense lifting sessions have disappeared.
